Free Local Canberra Pick-Up - same day available
If you are located here in the Nation’s Capital, we offer the option for you or your recipient to pick up your order from our studio. Simply select this delivery option at checkout, we will then be in touch with you to arrange a pick up time.

If your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, we are able to arrange pick up same day.

Free Canberra Region Delivery - Within 2-3 Days
We’re also excited to offer free local delivery to customers located within Canberra and Queanbeyan. Once your order is placed, we’ll get in touch with you by the next business day to notify you of your delivery date.

$10 Canberra Region Next Day Delivery
If you’re located in Canberra or Queanbeyan and need your order delivered quick-smart, we offer guaranteed next day delivery for a flat $10 fee per order.

$15 Australia Post Standard Shipping
If you’re located outside our delivery region or prefer to have your delivery posted with tracking, you can select our Australia Post Standard Shipping option at checkout for a flat $15 fee per order. All options with standard shipping can be shipped Australia-wide anywhere where Australia Post delivers, and comes with online tracking.

$25 Australia Post Express Shipping
If you’re located outside our delivery region and need your deliver urgently, you can select our Australia Post Express Shipping at checkout for a flat $25 fee per order. All express shipping orders are shipped next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we are only able to ship within Australia.

How long your order will take to arrive will depend on the delivery option you selected at checkout.

Free Local Canberra Pick-Up
If you selected local pick-up at checkout, we’ll be in touch with you the next business day to arrange a date and time for you to collect your order from our studio. This will generally be within one business day of you placing your order. If your order is placed before 2pm, we are able to arrange same day pick up.

Free Local Canberra Delivery
If you selected our free local Canberra delivery at checkout we will be in touch within one business day to arrange a delivery date and approximate time. This will be within 2-3 days of your order being placed.

$10 Local Canberra Next Day Delivery
It’s all in the name - if you selected this option at checkout, your order will be delivered by the next day, guaranteed.

Australia Post Standard & Express Shipping
All standard and express shipping orders are shipped with Australia Post next business day.

Standard shipping orders generally arrive within 3-10 business days, and express orders arrive next business day for postcodes within the Express Post Network. You can read about Australia Post’s current delivery timeframes for your area here.

For local delivery options we are not able to offer online tracking, however we will be in touch with you to confirm your delivery date and approximate time.

All Australia Post shipping options come with tracking. Once your order is lodged, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how you can track your order online.

You sure can! Simply select the “Free Local Canberra Pick-Up” option at checkout. We will then be in touch by the next business day to arrange a time with you to collect your order from our studio located in Holder.

If your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, we are able to arrange pick up same day.

For local Canberra deliveries, your order will only be left at the delivery address unattended if you have given us permission to do so at checkout. If you have not given us authority to leave you order, we will leave a notice with instructions on how the recipient can arrange a pick up from our studio.

For orders shipped via Australia Post, your delivery will be shipped with signature required unless you provide us with authority to leave your order unattended at checkout.

All of our hampers contain hero products that are produced right here in Canberra by some bonafide local legends. Where we are not able to source products produced here in the Canberra region, we always aim to provide products that are made in Australia.
